During the first quarter, I have gained many new learnings and discoveries that have helped me grow both academically and personally. I learned the value of responsibility and discipline, especially in handling the different tasks and requirements given to us. I realized that every activity, no matter how small, requires effort and dedication if I want to perform well. I also discovered that even if the lessons and outputs feel overwhelming at times, they can still be accomplished as long as I remain focused and determined. This quarter has taught me that hard work and consistency truly pay off, and that learning does not only happen inside the classroom but also through my own experiences while
completing different activities.
One of the main challenges I encountered was having so many activities to complete within a limited period of time. There were days when the workload piled up, and I felt pressured to pass everything on time. Because of this, I barely had enough time to rest, which made things even more difficult for me. Sometimes, I felt exhausted and worried that I might not be able to meet the deadlines. Balancing academics with rest and personal time was definitely a struggle, and it tested my patience and endurance.
To address these challenges, I decided to practice proper time management. I created a simple schedule to guide me in prioritizing my tasks. By doing this, I was able to focus first on the activities that needed to be submitted earlier, then worked on the rest step by step. I also avoided cramming by trying to start my work earlier, even if it meant doing it little by little. This habit helped me lessen stress and gave me a sense of accomplishment every time I completed something ahead of time. Managing my time wisely allowed me not only to finish my requirements more efficiently but also to give myself short breaks to regain my energy.
Moving on, I will continue to improve my time-management skills so that I can handle future tasks more effectively. I will also remind myself to give enough time for rest, since taking care of my health is just as important as completing my schoolwork. I plan to stay more organized, keep track of my deadlines, and balance my academic responsibilities with self-care. By doing so, I believe I will be able to perform better, stay motivated, and feel healthier in the upcoming quarters. More importantly, I will carry with me the lessons of discipline, perseverance, and balance as I continue my journey in learning and personal growth.
